Midnight Santa is one of my most
elegant Art Doll Santa's. Santa's face, hands and feet are hand sculpted with
Prosculpt Polymer Clay. Midnight Santa's striking blue glass eyes are the most
lifelike eyes available. Santa's beard is the finest of angora mohair. Midnight
Santa is wearing a completely lined black velvet robe that is embellished with
silver glitter snowflakes. Santa's matching hat is adorned with a black and silver
braided cord and black tassel. Santa's vest is made of black velvet that is trimmed
with shimmering silver sequins, and silver and white ribbon edged with silver
colored beads. Midnight Santa's pants are made with luxurious burgundy velvet.
Santa is holding a red floral and berry wreath in his right hand. In Santa's left
hand he's holding a list of names that he's ready to deliver to, along with a
sparkling white filigree ornament. Tucked in this Original Art Doll Santa's arm
is a beautiful clear and frosty white christmas tree made by Department 56. His
boots are hand sculpted of Prosculpt Polymer Clay and are accented with silver
colored beads. Santa stands 26 1/2" tall to the top of his hat and 24"

Each Santas' face, hands and boots are individually sculpted and due to the inherent
nature of an original work of art will not be an exact copy. Also, there will

Santa's face, hands and feet are hand sculpted in Prosculpt Polymer Clay. His
beautiful blue glass eyes are of the finest quality. His beard is made from excellent
quality mohair. Autumn Santa is robed in a fully lined golden brown tapestry coat.
The hat is embellished with a tassel and an Italian Topaz Crystal. The matching
tapestry vest is trimmed with gold trim and accented with hand crafted topaz glass
beads and gold drops. On his feet are hand sculpted boots of Prosculpt Polymer
Clay. The boots come complete with laces. He carries a hand made garland of blown
glass Venetian Topaz Beads and Italian Topaz Crystal. A vintage "Blown Glass
Golden Dove" is perched upon his hand. Autumn Santa is also adorned with
a brass ornament, green and gold floral decorations and is securely mounted on

Bedtime Santa is ready for
bed after a long night of delivering gifts to all the children. His face, hands
and feet are hand sculpted of Prosculpt Polymer Clay. His blue glass eyes are
of the finest quality. His beard is made from excellent quality mohair. Bedtime
Santa is wearing his hand made red patterned pajamas and hat made of brushed fleece.
Santa's slippers are red fluffy fleece adorned with an adorable self portrait
appliqué. Santa is holding a teddy bear while reading a book of dreams.
Santa has been dreaming lately of reindeer and he wants to know the meaning of
his dreams. The reversible hand made quilt is green, red and blue checked on one
side and white with teddy bears on the other - the quilt is trimmed with red blanket
binding and lace. The mattress and pillow are also hand made - the pillow has
" Merry Christmas " stamped on it. The bed is completely hand painted.
Santa's legs, arms and body are poseable. Santa is 18" in height standing

It only seemed right to make a "Texas
Santa" honoring the great state of Texas since that's where I live. Texas
Santa has been riding on the range and only stopped to take a quick photo standing
along side his fence. Texas Santa is wearing a leather vest and leather hat adorned
with a Texas hat pin. The leather is from a very heavy recycled coat that once
belonged to my husband. His shirt symbolizes the Texas flag and is the ultimate
Texas style; he's wearing blue jeans with a leather belt and silver plated Texas
and longhorn belt buckle. Texas Santa is holding a rope. Santa's boots are sculpted
of Prosculpt Polymer Clay and are hand painted and faux finished to look like
natural leather. The Texas map and longhorn are also hand sculpted or Prosculpt
Polymer Clay and painted. All of Texas Santa's clothes are hand made as well as
most of the accessories right down to the fence and rope. The wood fence is hand
made of Texas Cedar. The walnut base is embellished with sage brush, moss and
an aloe vera plant. The rock Texas Santa has his foot on is a genuine Texas stone.

This is a commissioned Santa
that was custom designed as a gift. The buyers wanted this Santa to be in the
likeness of the recipients husband. The removeable beard is designed to show the
entire face of her husband as a surprise. It took many hours and lots of pictures
to get as much detail of her husband as possible. I took great care in doing exact
measurements to make sure he would look as close as possible to his likeness.
The dog was hand painted and includes the name tag of their dog. |
